This web site is designed for all Charles Church estates that were built around the late 1980s and use Charles Church's designs such as Elizabethan II, Tudor, Lyndhurst, Hatfield and Campbell.
Can you help us compile a list of these estates in the Fleet, Woking, Bracknell area? So far we have:
- 'Barningley Park' centred on Broadhurst, Farnborough (post codes GU14 9)
- 'Connaught Park', centred on Whitmoor Road, Bagshot (GU19 5)
- 'Flowers Estate', Bisley (GU24 9)
- Haig Lane, Church Crookham, Fleet (GU52 8)
- 'Hawley Hill' centred on Waldorf Heights, Blackwater (GU17 9)
- 'Moorlands', Lightwater (GU18 5)
- Netherhouse Moor, Church Crookham, Fleet (GU51 5)
- Snows Ride, Windlesham (GU20 6)
- Yateley, around Throgmorton Road (GU46 6)
- Yateley, centred on Mayflower Drive (GU46 7)
Can you fill in the gaps on some of these estates: for example the name of the one around Throgmorton Road? Also, there must be more estates - how many can you add to our list?
Hi, the Charles Church estate in Owlsmoor, Sandhurst, Berkshire was originally called Heath Park with a Camberley Surrey address/post code!

My mother is moving to a new Charles Church house in Sudbury, Suffolk.
I'm not sure if this would be relevant to this site...

Hi there, there is a development at Ewshot near Farnham (Sparrowhawk Close?) consisting mainly of 5-bed homes.
Also, I'm sure Charles Church built a development at Burpham near Guildford
Charles Church also had some developments down here in Sussex:
- Uckfield, East Sussex (Batchelor Way, near the Vauxhall Garage)
- Ridgewood, Uckfield, East Sussex (‘Harlands’ Development - Goldcrest Drive off Eastbourne Road)
- Worth/Maidenbower, Crawley, West Sussex.

Pennyhill Place was the original working name of Heywood Drive, Bagshot, built 1995-6. Has house types such as Porchester, Loxwood, Churchill, Elizabethan II. It would be useful for Charles Church website to have a historical area for downloading the plans of house types. For instance you can download details of the Blenheim, which is very similar to the Churchill.

I have lived in two designs on the Charles Church 'Kings Meadow' estate in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire since 1994. I am currently in a four bedroom Elizabethan which is a 'left-handed' ex show-house (rare on this development) with the double garages on the right as you face the property

The later phase at Barningley Park, Farnborough (end of Juniper Road near to the M3 J4a), was marketed as Whitehouse Meadows and was built between 1991-94.
The Ruth Gardens, Farnborough, was marketed as Chamomile Court and was built around 1993/94.
The developments in Sussex mentioned above I estimate to date from the late 1980s/early 1990s.

What about the Elvetham Heath development in Fleet. Charles Church built around 10 different designs there in 2001, then as the develpment ended in 2006 Charles Church Persimmon built another road at the far end of the development. Mostly a copy of 4 of their previous designs plus a large block of apartments.
